My stay at Sheratton Beach Villagio was wonderful. The location was perfect, with a mall and other attractions nearby. The front office lady was exceptionally helpful in guiding us around. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The pool area and view were beautiful, providing a serene environment to relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The only drawback was the loud music at the pool area. While the staff did turn down the volume when requested, I believe the place would be better off with some calm lounge beats or no music at all in order to fully appreciate the view and sound of the waves.

Location: the hotel was really close to Kenya and the mall and other attractions and a large shopping mall within walking distance. The staff was really kind when needed. We had comfy and impressive rooms with an electric kettle and a fridge.

I chose Sheratton Beach Villagio because of its convenient location near Bamburi Beach, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. It was a great convenience and allowed me to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options at the hotel were impressive, with a buffet, à la carte, and continental choices available.

Stayed at Sheratton for a few nights on a short trip. Great location on the beach with nearby restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms with effective air conditioning and mosquito nets. Friendly staff and well-equipped rooms. Fast wifi and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Different room options, with the pool view being the best.
